Access application privacy
TradeVow uses your organisation, contact and integration information to verify your email, assess your access request, administer the partner account and secure API access. Supply only information relevant to your application.
Verification emails are transactional. Applying does not enrol you in marketing. Application information is processed by TradeVow’s hosting, database, workflow and transactional email infrastructure for the access service.
Verification codes expire after ten minutes. Session and API-key secrets are stored only as one-way hashes on the server. Your browser receives a secure session cookie; a temporary session draft may preserve an unfinished application. Key metadata and security activity help detect misuse and support account administration.
